Clean Uninstall

This article will show you how to perform a clean uninstall on Android.

iOS

This article does not apply to HomeSeer Mobile on iOS.

Uninstall Steps

When completing the normal app uninstallation process for HomeSeer Mobile, the app will be removed but app settings such as the dashboards you've created will remain. To completely wipe the app for a fresh start, follow these instructions:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Apps > HomeSeer Mobile > Storage
  2. Click Clear Data and then Clear Cache
  3. Go back and then click Uninstall
