First Time Setup

Use this article for installing and first time setup of HomeSeer Mobile fo iOS.

Attention Android users: This app has been deprecated in the Google Play store and will not be supported on Android going forward. Please switch to the https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.homeseer.mobile2.android app.

Install HomeSeer Mobile

  1. Navigate to https://apps.apple.com/us/app/homeseer-mobile/id1435211565, then install the HomeSeer Mobile app.

  2. Launch HomeSeer Mobile. You will be prompted to enter your MyHS account name and password. If you do not already have an account, this guide will walk you through the process of setting that up. 

  3. Once you have your account credentials, tap Log In, and you will be connected to your HomeSeer system. Select Remember me if you wish to have your credentials saved. If you have a premium MyHS subscription, you will see a list of your systems that you can connect to.
