Devices pages shows as HTML code and other pages become unusable as well

It is not possible to use decimal values for v4 (virtual) devices for the status graphics

It is not possible to disable the inclusion of the value.

Note that the HS3 option "Include Values" was added and can be checked if the device is an HS3 device.

For HS4 devices the fix will be in 4.1.14.0 and the label can be added in the status/graphics section.

Move camera resolution settings out of auto discover area

Change timer on device config updates to less than 1 minute

Adding Category should prompt for input to be consistent with other additions
