Importing a Dashboard

This article will show you how to import a dashboard to HomeSeer Mobile.

Editing

We do not recommend editing the JSON data as this may break the import or result in missing data on your dashboard.

On Android:

Requires version 1.1.13

While in the Dashboard section of the app, create a new dashboard via the menu. With a blank dashboard, select the three-dot menu again and select Import/Export Dashboard. You will then be presented with a blank text area. Here you will long press on the text area below Paste JSON here and paste in the text copied from exporting.

Click IMPORT once the JSON data has been pasted.

On iOS:

Requires version 1.1.13

While in the Dashboard section of the app, create a new dashboard via the menu. With a blank dashboard, select the three-dot menu again and select Import/Export Dashboard. You will then be presented with a blank text area. Here you will long press on the text area and paste in the text copied from exporting.

Click IMPORT once the JSON data has been pasted.
