Using Group Actions

Information on the group actions when creating HS4 events

Overview

Group Actions are actions that are designed to be applied to any or all events within a particular event group.

Steps

Create Group Actions

  1. Navigate to the Events screen and expand the event group you wish to create Group Actions to.
  2. Click the Edit Group Actions button
  3. Edit the action and save.

Apply Group Actions to Events

By default, Group Actions are NOT applied to events within the group. You MUST add an event action to each event you wish to apply a Group Action to.

  1. Edit the event you wish to apply the Group Action to
  2. Add this event action to that event: Run the Event Group Actions.
  3. Repeat this step for every event in the group you wish to apply the Group Actions to.
