Describes how to share dashboards with other users.
When a dashboard is created, it is owned by the user that created it and other users will not have access to this dashboard. If other users need access to this dashboard, it may be shared. Note that if a dashboard is shared with another user, that user now has the ability to edit that dashboard.
To share a dashboard:

Put the dashboard into edit mode.

Select “Dashboard Settings” from the Options menu.

Look for the section named “User Sharing”.

From the drop-down list, select the user you wish to share the dashboard with. If the user is not in the list, go into Setup and make sure the user exists.
